My name is Claudette. This is being written to tell everyone what a wonderful change that has taken place in my life.
On April 8, 2007, I started doing something that I have never done before. I started working with Liz at A Better U Fitness to start doing something special for myself. I was weighed and measured to track my progress. I committed to working out in the gym with her three times a week. I have not missed a scheduled meeting with Liz yet. In addition to working out with Liz, I started eating healthy by planning and preparing my meals. I figured if I am going to spend money to workout, I could get added value from the training by eating right.
I am happy to report that on June 1, 2007 when Liz weighed and measured me again, I was blown off my feet. I had lost 15lbs and my measurements had decreased as followed: lost a total of 9.5 inches in my body.
My fat mass went down 8.16 lbs . I am so excited that I have started to spend money to prevent illness rather than just going to the doctor and paying for medicine. I also noticed that I am a lot stronger.
At 66 years of age, I found that I was struggling to get out of the bath tub. Now I can actually get out of the tub without rolling over and pushing myself up on my knees to try to pull myself up and over the side of the tub. I am so happy with the results that I am experiencing and I want to thank Liz for her consistent but kind request and requirements that I push myself to do the workout.

Liz is an incedible motivator and source of inspiration. With her help I have lost 30 lbs. I am healthier and happier now thanks to Liz's guidance and enthusiastic support. Her positive attitude makes working out most enjoyable. She is an incredible trainer, and I would truly recommend her services to anyone.

In less than 2 months, with Liz's motivational coaching and her knowledge of physial fitness, I was able to lose almost 9lbs of fat and gain some muscle. I am 48 years old. Working out with Liz has definitely changed my life. I have always
been active but have never been one to stick with a workout regimen - 5
months on, 7 months off, you know the drill. When I realized I was
getting older and it was harder to keep the weight off I called Liz and
asked for help. She started me on a program that I could keep up with,
pushed me when I wanted to quit and now 2 ½ years later I am still weight
training 2 - 3 days a week and am in the best shape of my life.
Liz always mixes up the workouts so I am never bored. We do core
exercises on the Bosu and stability ball, lunges, squats, lift weights and
she even throws a "boot camp" in here and there for fun! I look forward
to our workouts, even when she makes me do "5 more" when I feel like I
can't even do one more.
In the end, Liz knows that I CAN do it, and she never gives up on me.
She pushes me, makes me laugh and even though I hate getting up at 6 am,
in the dark - working out with Liz consistently has given me more
confidence, more strength and I feel good every day. Because she is
committed to me, I am committed to me as well. She is a great partner and a
great friend - I can't imagine starting my day without her.

I have been training with Liz for about 2 ½ years, and I have been so impressed with her. She has a very personalized approach, taking into account my specific needs and goals, and gives a lot of thought to how to best help me achieve those goals through workouts with her, workouts on my own, and through better nutrition. I can't believe how much stronger and healthier I am since working with Liz! I have worked with other trainers in the past and can say that Liz is far and away the best!
